Character Education Conferences
Character education conferences are excellent places to learn how to implement character education initiatives, and to network with other educators who are doing it. Many of these conferences also have exhibitors who sell a variety of character education resources including books, videos, curriculums, and other materials.
The two biggest conferences are:
The Character Education Partnership
Held annually in October. Go to http://www.character.org
CHARACTERplus
Held annually in July in St. Louis. Go to http://www.characterplus.org
In addition to these two national conferences, there are also many state and regional conferences which you can find on the internet.
